The Seller assumes no liability regarding the improper installation or misapplication of its products. It is the installer’s responsibility to check for proper installation, and if in doubt, contact the manufacturer.
ALL WARRANTY RETURNS MUST HAVE A RMA#, YOU MUST CALL TO GET THIS (NO EXCEPTIONS). DISASSEMBLING OR TAMPERING WITH INJECTORS WILL VOID ALL WARRANTIES. NO WARRANTY OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF UNIT IS NOT RETURNED TO WHOLESALE INJECTORS. WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
Wholesale Injectors (Hereafter “Seller”) gives Limited Warranty as to description, quality, merchantability, and fitness for any particular purpose, productiveness, or any other matter of Seller’s product sold herewith. The Seller shall be in no way responsible for the products proper use and service and the Buyer hereby waives all rights, other than those expressly written herein. This warranty shall not be extended, altered or varied.
The warranty is Limited to one (1) year from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the kits. The only exception to this warranty declaration is the warranty on our refurbished injectors, which is limited to 90 days. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned prepaid to the Seller and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. All products will be checked and repaired, or replaced, at the sole discretion of the seller. All Warranty claims are subject to approval by Wholesale Injectors. Under no circumstances will the Seller be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for the defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product or any other contingent expenses.
NO LABOR, DOWN TIME, TOWING, TRAVEL, LODGING OR ANY OTHER EXPENSE IS COVERED. IN THE EVENT THAT THE BUYER DOES NOT AGREE WITH THIS AGREEMENT: THE BUYER MAY PROMPTLY RETURN THIS PRODUCT, IN A NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION, WITH A DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND. THE INSTALLATION OF THIS PRODUCT INDICATES THAT THE BUYER HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THIS AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTS ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NOTE: WE HAVE DETERMINED THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE FUELS IS DAMAGING TO THE FUEL SYSTEM. THE USE OF ANY BIO DIESEL OR ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE FUEL VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES. DAMAGE CAUSED BY CONTAMINATED FUEL WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. ANY INJECTOR THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED INJECTORS.
ALL NEW INJECTORS CARRY A 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
ALL REFURBISHED INJECTORS CARRY A 90 DAY WARRANTY.
